A high-performance UVLED surface light source curing system designed for UV flexo printing and UV ink curing. The system mainly includes a controller, 8 UVLED irradiation heads and a water cooler. The UVLED irradiation head is integrated with imported high-intensity ultraviolet LEDs. The UV spectrum wavelength is 395nm, air-cooled heat dissipation, and the effective curing area is 280X60mm. It supports external signal input and triggering, and can be equipped with semi-automatic or fully automatic production lines.
