although its price is high.

The price of UV ink is more than 3-5 times that of other inks, a

nd the price of Polish used is more than 2 times that of water-based polish.

Harm of UV Light Source

UV ink must be cured by UV light source. 

As we all know, UV light source is a kind of ultraviolet ray, which can cause damage to human skin and eyes.

When printing, as long as the operator does not face the UV lamp for a long time, he will not be exposed to ultraviolet radiation. 

It is suggested that the operator should wear a good mask and eye mask to avoid radiation.

Harm of UV Ink to Human Body

Although UV ink is called environmentally friendly ink, 

it contains acrylates that stimulate the human body to put into the skin.

If you are exposed to UV ink for a long time, 

it is likely that there will be skin allergy symptoms, serious cases will be redness and peeling.

Operators should wear protective clothes, gloves, eye masks and face masks in production, 

and reduce the contact between skin and ink.

If skin is accidentally stained with UV ink, clean it with soapy water.
